Refund/Return Policy

Every product has a 30 days refund and warranty when the product gets delivered.

to be eligible for a refund or warranty, the item must have been physically damaged since it arrived from shipment, has missing product features or defective.

We only allow customers to keep the item instead of returning the product back when there is an issue with the product to save the customer and our company shipping costs.

for a faulty/defective products, please take videos or photos and email us at support@evinga.com. We will provide you with a warranty or refund of your purchase after it has been accepted by us. Please be aware that this policy does not cover the abuse of the purchased product, misuse, water damage, or any accidental damage. 

For a refund or warranty you need to email us at support@evinga.com. And you should receive a response within 2-5 business days

For a customer to receive a refund or warranty from a product they need to give a detailed explanation with a video or photographic evidence to support their case i.e pictures of goods.

Then you would need to send it through the support email support@evinga.com. It would take around 2-5 business days for us to inspect this and check if you comply with our policy to get a full refund or warranty.

If you comply with our policy and your application has been successfully viewed and won the appeal. You keep the old product free of charge. Also we can give you the following

  • Warranty (Free of charge shipment of the same product)
  • Full money back guarantee

If you decide to get the full money back please follow these steps:

  • Wait 3-8 business days for it to be seen in your bank.
  • Contact your bank to see if you have received your refund.
  • If you still do not see the refund, please email us at support@evinga.com and we will fix this issue as soon as possible.

If you decide to get the Warranty please follow these steps:

  • You will receive a confirmation email of the shipped product
  • Wait 6-10 days for the product to arrive
  • If there is an issue, please email us at support@evinga.com and we will fix this issue as soon as possible.

Evinga will not be responsible for issues outside our control like missing packages.

We do not accept refunds or Warranty if...

  • Buyers change their mind about the item, buyers add incorrect information about the shipment address of the product or the product's specification i.e wrong size. These are not accepted for a refund or warranty

Can I cancel or modify my item?

We are unable to cancel or modify the order after it if it has been shipped/processed. However, the customer can cancel the order BEFORE the product has been shipped/processed
